Upadhhyay Mr. Kushal Paul ...for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner filed CIS report which shows that the matrimonial suit being MAT suit no. 55 of 2020, in connection of which the present application has been filed, has already been decreed in terms of the compromise on 17.3.2023.

In view of the aforesaid compromise decree in the said suit, the present application has become infructuous.
