2) Matter has become infructuous in view of the judgment dated 3rd April, 2025 delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Appeal arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 9586 of 2024 (State of West Bengal Vs.

Baishakhi Bhattacharyya (Chatterjee) & Others) wherein aforesaid selection process has been set aside.

3) Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

4) There shall be no order as to costs.

5) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
