Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The police case is dated June 15, 2020.

Prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of the co-accused was rejected on the ground of long absconsion.

In this present case, the petitioner approached the Sessions Court for anticipatory bail in the month of August, 2022, when it was rejected. Since then, the petitioner did not take any steps save and except applying to this Court by way of the present application. Considering the materials in the case diary and the long absconsion of the petitioner as noted above, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1325 of 2023 is dismissed.
