Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the victim did not incriminate any of the petitioners in his statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a 7 year old child was recovered from the house belonging to the petitioners. The petitioner no. 2 was present at the time of such recovery.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (DB) 1070 of 2022 is dismissed.
