The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite party, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite party is dispensed with. The petitioner is the plaintiff of the eviction suit being Title Suit No. 367 of 2019 pending before the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Barrackpore, District: 24-Parganas (North). The plaintiff is praying direction for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

The learned Trial Judge is requested to make all endeavour to dispose of the said suit as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, if the same is otherwise ready for such disposal, and in doing so, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 988 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

The petitioner shall communicate this order to the opposite party.
