After some arguments, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, which has been filed as a public interest litigation by a social worker after this Court pointed out that the aggrieved person is not before the Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this will not be a bar for the aggrieved person to seek for appropriate relief before the appropriate forum.

There shall be no order as to costs.
