The writ petitioner complains that Chandpara Gram Panchayat has constructed a road after demolishing a portion of his property.

It is submitted that the property was neither acquired by the State nor transferred by the petitioner to any person.

A representation dated 19th January, 2021 has been made to Chandpara Gram Panchayat being Annexure - P/8 to this writ petition. There is no reply to the same.

Counsel for the State submits that the matter is purely civil in nature.

In that view of the matter, Pradhan, Chandpara Gram Panchayat shall consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 19th January, 2021 and pass a reasoned order thereon within a period of two months from date and communicate the same to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
