The State of West Bengal Mr. Dhananjay Banerjee Mr. Pralay Hazra ...for the petitioner Ms. Sreyashee Biswas ...for the State Due to inadvertent mistake in the order dated 08.05.2025, in the second page of the sixth line the word "subject to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24-Parganas" shall be deleted and in its place "Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas" shall be inserted.

Let the said correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 08.05.2025 and other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Certified copy of the order dated 8th May, 2025, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
