The grievance of the petitioner is primarily directed against installation of electrical poles on the land which allegedly belongs to the petitioner. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite a representation dated 2 March 2026, the respondent WBSEDCL has failed to dispose of the same.

On behalf of the private respondents it is submitted that the entire grievance of the petitioner is false and erroneous. There is no electrical pole which has been installed on the

land of the petitioner. On the contrary all such poles have been installed on Government land. 4.

On behalf of the WBSEDCL it is submitted that they have no objection in disposing of the representation of the writ petitioner.

In view of the above, WPA 7959 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent WBSEDCL to consider and dispose of the representation of the dated 2 March 2026 within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order after hearing all the parties including the private respondents.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the respondent WBSEDCL to decide in accordance with law.
