Learned advocate-on-record, Mr. Cedric Fernandez upon receiving instruction from his clients/petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to proceed with the instant revisional application. It is further submitted that a settlement has been reached between the parties. That being the position, on the prayer of the learned advocateon-record, the revisional application being CRR 1085 of 2011 stands dismissed for non prosecution.
