The Corporation submits that instead of a G+2 storied building, a G+3 storied building has been constructed at 5/10 Dinu Lane, Howrah.

The Memo dated December 8, 2025, has been communicated to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

The order dated December 2, 2024 has been complied with.

In that view of the matter, there is no justification to keep this contempt application pending.

The petitioner will be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Accordingly, CPAN 552 of 2025 is disposed of.
