Mr. Rajat Dutta ..for the petitioner This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 19 of 2016 along with the connected applications, pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Chanchal, District Malda.

Records reveal that four applications are pending in the title suit, which require expeditious disposal.

Under such circumstances, for the ends of justice, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Court below to dispose of the pending applications within a period of three months from the next date fixed upon allowing the parties to contest the same by filing of the written objections. Upon disposal of the interlocutory applications, the learned Court below is directed to depose of the title suit expeditiously.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counterclaims of the parties and the learned

Court below shall decide the applications independently and in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made hereinabove.

This revisional application is disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to serve copies of the revisional application along with server copy of this order upon the opposite parties and the learned Advocate for the opposite parties in the learned Court below within a week from date.

There will be however no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties on priority basis, if the same is applied for.
