1. The Superintendent of Police, Dakshin Dinajpur has filed a report dated 17th May, 2023. The same is kept with the record.

2. It appears from the report of the Superintendent of Police, Dakshin Dinajpur as well as the submissions of the State that charge-sheets have been filed by Tapan Police Station in respect of FIR Nos.92 of 2023 and 94 of 2023 dated 19th February, 2023.

3. Detention of the petitioner in the Police Station was in compliance of this Court's order dated 6th December, 2022 passed in W.P.A. No. 20037 of 2022.

4. This Court is satisfied with the report of the Superintendent of Police, Dakshin Dinajpur.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
