AND In the matter of:- Kartick Beshra .....petitioner Mr. Pradyat Saha ...for the petitioner Learned advocate-on-record, Mr. Pradyat Saha representing the petitioner submits that the instant matter has become infructuous, as the order impugned, under challenge relates to an interlocutory order passed in connection with a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C. granting interim maintenance, and with the passage of time, the entire proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has already been concluded.

That being the position, the revisional application is thus required to be disposed of on the basis of submission advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner.

The revisional application being C.R.R.1089 of 2011 accordingly stands dismissed for non prosecution. Connected application, if any, accordingly stands disposed of. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
