Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident arose out of property dispute. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is the stepson of the victim who suffered injuries on the scalp resulting in 13 stitches to be administered.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1856 of 2022 is rejected.
