CRR 1092 of 2011 In the matter of : Dipti Das ...petitioner Mr. Bidyut Kumar Ray Ms. Sima Biswas ...for the State This Criminal Revisional Application was filed by the petitioner seeking quashment of proceeding being G.R. Case No.3406 of 2009 corresponding to Sankrail P.S. Case No. 476/2009 dated 30th October, 2009.

Mr. Ray, learned counsel representing the State has produced copy of case diary along with a report prepared by Sri Biswajit Bandyopadhyay, Inspector of Police, Inspector In-Charge, Sankrail Police Station dated 28th February, 2023. From the report it appears that the criminal proceeding has come to its logical end with an order of acquittal passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Howrah on 3rd February, 2014. Thus, the Criminal Revision has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
