And In Re : Ratan Debnath ..... petitioner Mr. Tapodip Gupta ... for the petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy, learned APP Mr. Subroto Roy ... for the State Chemical examiner's report is placed on record. Aforesaid report shows presence of Ganja in the sample. In view of the aforesaid and the materials on record prima facie establishing recovery of 23.5 kgs. of Ganja from the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to him. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
