1. The alleged contemnor, namely, Rahul De/S.P., Dakshin Dinajpur has filed a detailed report and explanation, addressed to State advocate and the same is taken on record.

2. It appears that both the petitioner and the private respondents are continuously at loggerheads and have two rival associations.

3. The Police found that the petitioner is also responsible for disturbance in the area.

4. The private respondents claim that the petitioner is co-sharer in respect of a land. Both the petitioner and the private respondents are cultivating their respective lands separately.

5. The petitioner, however, complains that the Police are taking the side of the private respondents.

6. This Court cannot enter into the issues raised by the petitioner.

7. In the event the petitioner's grievance is not redressed by the Police, he may take out an application under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C.

8. The contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9. There will be no order as to costs.
