The present revision of the year 2019 is preferred for transfer of the proceedings of ACGR-414 of 2018 which arose out of Parnashree Police Station Case No.24/2018 dated 25.01.2018 under Sections 498A/406/506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Alipore (S) 24-Parganas to a court of competent jurisdiction in North 24 Parganas.

As none appears for the the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
