The present revision of the year 2019 is preferred against an order dated January 7, 2019 corresponding to Saktipur Police Station case No.17 dated February 3, 2016 under Sections 498A/304B/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad thereby rejecting the prayer of the petitioner praying for further investigation. As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
