Mr. Chandra Sekhar Banerjee Mr. Shamit Dutta ... for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Bitasok Banerjee ... for the State The present revisional application has been preferred in respect of execution of the Proclamation and Attachment Order against the opposite party no.2 and Warrant of Arrest against the opposite party no.3 in Kasba Police Station case No.245 of 2014(A.C.G.R No.2512 of 2014) dated 23.04.2014 under Sections 468/465/471/420/120B of the IPC pending before the learned ACJM, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State who has submitted two reports before this court and submitted that execution in respect of the opposite party no.2 is complete and the report to that effect has been submitted before this court.

The report dated 27.02.2024 submitted by the Inspector-inCharge, Bolpur Police Station be kept with the record. Execution in respect of the opposite party no.3 has already been completed.

The next report in respect of the opposite party no.4 Mr. Pallab Chatterjee. The report submitted by the Officer-in-Charge of

Girish Park Police Station shows that the opposite party no.2 is not residing at the address on record for the last 10 years. Let the said report be also kept with the record. In view of the report in respect of the opposite party no.4, the trial court to proceed in accordance with law. In view of the said fact, the relief prayed for in the revisional application is complete and the revisional application is accordingly, disposed of as the prayer of the petitioner has already been complied with by the State and its authorities. Personal appearances of the Police Officers are dispensed with.
