Report reflects that the petitioner is a history-sheeter with about nine criminal cases pending against him which includes both the State of West Bengal and the State of Jharkhand. The present case is an additional case wherein chargesheet has been submitted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code amongst other Sections.

The revisional application is pending since the year 2019 and since the last four dates, that is, on 26.09.2019, 14.11.2019, 08.12.2020 and 25.03.2022, none represented to pursue the present revisional application.

Having regard to the subject matter of challenge which is for the purposes of quashing the charge-sheet filed in connection with Raghunathganj Police Station Case No.441 of 2017 dated 27.06.2017 under Sections 323/325/308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, I am of the opinion that the same cannot be considered in a

summary manner without the documents on which the prosecution proposes to rely upon are placed in support of the revisional application for rebutting the prosecution case. The application is prematured.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 914 of 2019 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
