Report submitted in Court is kept on record. It appears from the report that some of the victims have been examined. However, others are yet to be examined. Evidence on record shows petitioner was Assistant Manager of the hotel where the victims were sexually exploited.

In view of nature of crime which has far reaching social impact, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
