It is submitted by learned counsel for the alleged contemnor that the alleged contemnor has handed over the amount directed to be paid as costs, that is, Rs.1 lakh, by way of bank drafts of equivalent amount. Hence, since there is nothing further to be decided in the matter. WPCRC 133 of 2022 is, thus, discharged. The contempt application bearing CPAN 375 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Further personal appearance of the contemnor, as directed earlier, is dispensed with.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
