The petitioner seeks mutual transfer with the proforma respondent within the District of Purba Bardhaman.

In those circumstances, the DPSC, Purba Bardhaman shall, after receiving necessary information from the D.I., Purba Bardhaman as regards the confirmation and service of the petitioner and the proforma respondent, take a decision on the application for mutual transfer in accordance with the applicable rules, within a period of ten weeks from date.

With the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner shall serve a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this order to the DPSC, Purba Bardhaman.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
