PRABIR KUMAR SUHASARIA Ms. Prajaaini Das ..for the petitioner These revisional applications have been filed praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 2185 of 2009 and Title Suit No.123 of 2015. Records reveal that the title suits are being heard analogously. Under such circumstances, these revisional applications are disposed of without going into the merits of the case and with a request upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Fourth Court at Alipore to dispose of Title Suit No. 123 of 2015 along with Title Suit No. 2185 of 2009, being heard analogously, along with all pending applications filed by the parties.

It is expected that the pending application should be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order upon contested hearing.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claim and counter-claim of the parties.

These revisional applications are disposed of. The petitioner is directed to serve a copies of the revisional applications along with server copies of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. There will be however no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties on priority basis, if the same is applied for.
