1. The order dated 4th April, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the third line of third paragraph of the first page of the order dated 4th April, 2024, the expression "01.04.2011" shall stand corrected to read as "01.03.2011". After the last line of fourth paragraph continued on page two of the order dated 4th April, 2024, the following sentence shall be added:

"Let the pay fixation of the petitioner be made with effect from 01.03.2011 accordingly".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 4th April, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 4th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
