In spite of service of administrative notice, the appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for. Defects with regard to the filing of the appeal were reported by the stamp reporter on July 6, 2021. However, such defects have not been removed as yet. It clearly shows that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal. In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed for noncompliance of serveral orders including out order dated January 4, 2022.

This matter shall be placed before the learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) for the purpose to find out the reasons for placing the matter before the stamp reporter on July 6, 2021, that is, after almost twenty years from the date of presentation of the appeal.

There will be no order as to costs.
