CRM (A) 1867 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed for the petitioner no. 1 as he was arrested in the meantime. Considering the fact that the police complaint was lodged within five years of marriage and considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the other petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the other petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the other petitioners is rejected.
