Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for waiver of the condition.

Learned advocate for the defacto complainant submits that informations have been sent that the defacto complainant has been threatened. Last of such information was in the month of October, 2025.

Learned advocate for the State is present. Learned advocate submits that charges have been framed but witness action has not been started.

Petitioner has been granted bail by order dated Apri 21, 2025.

The conditions so imposed earlier is hereby waived. However, the learned Trial Court would be at liberty to impose condition to ensure the appearance of the petitioner in course of the trial.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
