Even today, when the matter is called on for hearing, the alleged contemnor is represented by counsel, although none appears for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the direction of this court, in respect of which contempt has been alleged, has already been complied with by the alleged contemnor.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner chooses not to move the contempt application and appears to have lost interest in the contempt application, CPAN 376 of 2022 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
