The learned advocate for the appellant submits that she has no instructions from the client. 2.

We have gone through the order of the Hon'ble Single Judge and find that the writ petitioner's father died in harness on 16.04.1991. The admissible dues under the provident fund and gratuity were paid to the legal heirs of the deceased. In 2008, a representation was made by the writ petitioner claiming the benefit of family pension in terms of a memorandum issued by the Finance Department in March, 2008. The writ petition was filed even eleven (11) years thereafter i.e. in the year 2019. When the matter was taken up, the learned advocate for the writ petitioner confined his relief to a direction upon the Managing Director of the respondent Corporation to consider the claim of the writ petitioner, which was rejected by the learned Single Judge having

regard to the long inordinate delay and laches in approaching the Court for a stale relief.

We find no reason to interfere with the order dated 06.02.2019 passed in W.P. 1358 (W) of 2019.

The appeal is dismissed.
