Sanjay Halder, the District Nodal Officer, Madhyamik Siksha Kendra (M.S.K.)/SSK Cell, Uttar Dinajpur Mr. Lalitmohan Mahata Mr. Jagabandhu Roy ...for the alleged contemnor Pursuant to the order dated 29th September, 2023 contempt rule is taken up for consideration when on behalf of the alleged contemnor one affidavit of compliance affirmed on 9th October, 2023 is filed and same is taken on record. However, no one appears for the applicant today.

In terms of the order dated 22nd August, 2022 an order dated 13th September, 2023 has been passed by the alleged contemnor. However, it appears that the said order was not passed within time stipulated by this Court and there is enormous delay in carrying out the order dated 22nd August, 2022. By filing affidavit of compliance the alleged contemnor has tendered unqualified apology in passing order after the time fixed by this Court and has also made an attempt to explain the delay. Such apology is accepted.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and contempt rule is discharged.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps in accordance with law if he has grievance in connection with the order dated 13th September, 2023.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
