1. By an order dated March 30, 2023, a coordinate Bench had granted bail to the petitioner, inter alia, on the condition that he shall report to the Officer-in-Charge, Narkeldanga Police Station once in a week, until further orders. There were other conditions like attending the court on each and every date of hearing and staying within the municipal limits of the city of Calcutta.

2. The petitioner says that he has been scrupulously complying with the conditions of bail. He now prays for waiver of the condition requiring him to report to the Officerin-Charge, Narkeldanga Police Station once in a week.

3. Learned State advocate files a report which is taken on record. We do not find anything adverse in such report insofar as compliance of the bail conditions is concerned. It Signed By :

appears that the petitioner has been complying with the bail conditions.

4. We do not see that there is real possibility of the trial coming to an early conclusion. Hence, we are inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer.

5. The condition of bail requiring the petitioner to meet the Officer-in-Charge of Narkeldange Police Station stands waived. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.

6. The application being CRAN 3 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.

7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
