Petitioner is a nationalized bank who has 28.04.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.15 Rakib approached this Court since the grievance is that inspite of the order passed by the District Magistrate, police authorities have not communicated the quantified cost which is required to be deposited.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the Superintendent of Police, Bongaon Police District by a communication dated 17.04.2025 has informed the authorized officer of Canara Bank.

Since the cost has been quantified petitioner would take steps in accordance with law. As the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred has been subserved, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 7625 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
