In Re: W.P.A No. 7172 of 2022

1. The writ petitioner is aggrieved that Chandipur Police Station has not enforced an order of injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Second Court at Tamluk in T. S. No. 187 of 2020.

2. Subject to production of any of the subsistence of the order of injunction,

Chandipur Police Station shall ensure that Civil Court's order is not in any way violated.

3. The petitioner may, however, obtain orders under Section 151 and apply under order 39 Rule 2A for any violation committed by the private respondents.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
