It appears from the annexure to the compliance report that the 3rd Level Fair Rent Assessment Committee (in short, "F.R.A.C.") has recommended the fair rent for the periods 01-071994 to 31-05-1997, 01-06-1997 to 31-12-2002, 0101-2003 to 31-12-2007, 01-01-2008 to 31-12-2012, 01-01-2013 to 31-12-2017, 01-01-2018 to 31-12-2022, 01-01-2023 to 31-12-2027. A copy of the compliance note has been made over to the petitioners.

The petitioners submit that the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the contempt

application since the F.R.A.C. have made their mind clear by recommending the fair rent for the periods, as aforesaid.

The contempt proceedings in the aforesaid facts and circumstances is dropped.

The contempt petition being C.P.A.N. 377 of 2022 is disposed of without passing any further order. The rule being (W.P.C.R.C. 10180 of 2004) stands discharged.

The compliance report be kept on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
