Mjhi ..... for the State A plea has been taken that only seven witnesses have been examined and none of the witnesses has deposed pertaining to the role of the petitioner attributable to the commission of offence. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Since the case has reached to the stage of trial and seven witnesses have been examined, we expect that the learned Special Judge, NDPS Court would show alacrity in bringing the case to its logical end at the earliest. Since no case has been made out to take an exception to section 37 of the NDPS Act, the prayer for bail is rejected.
