The petitioner seeks re-recommendation for transfer. He was transferred to a school by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in March 2022 but the petitioner could not join the recommended school because of non-availability of matching vacancy. The petitioner applied for re-recommendation but the same is pending consideration till date.

As it appears that the petitioner's application seeking transfer was allowed and he was recommended to a school but could not join the same for no fault on his part, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Commission to rerecommend the petitioner to a school with matching vacancy.

A decision shall be taken by the Commission at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
