Petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the investigation has been carried out in respect of Madhyamgram PS Case No. 78/2024.

Report submitted by the State reflects that charge sheet was filed on or about 31.10.2024, however, the accused is absconding.

Having considered that a prayer has been advanced for issuing warrant of arrest after the charge sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court, I direct that the Additional SP/SDPO in charge of Madhyamgram Police Station would monitor the execution of the warrant of arrest if issued by the concerned court, in the alternative the Superior Officer will expedite the process of issuance of the warrant of arrest from the concerned court

and take steps for bringing the accused for facing the charges which have been submitted in connection with the said case.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7591 of 2025 is disposed of.
