-versusChowzy Kiosk LLP The complaint Case No. CNS-341 of 2018 was initiated against the present petitioners as it has been alleged that the present petitioners were involved in a conspiracy to defraud the complainant who sustained a loss of Rs.26 lakhs.

The learned Magistrate after recording initial evidence under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and a detailed enquiry under Section 202 of the Criminal Procedure was pleased to issue process so far as the present petitioners are concerned. Having regard to the steps taken by the learned Magistrate before issuance of process, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this stage prior to evidence before charge being concluded by the prosecution. As such no interference is called for. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 936 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
