[ Report as called for by the order dated August 4, 2022 filed in Court be taken on record.

There is no adverse report as against the petitioner. In such circumstances, we waive the condition of the order grating anticipatory bail dated September 23, 2021 passed in CRM 3014 of 2021 requiring the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of the police station where the case has been initiated, not to travel beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the said police station without prior leave of the concerned court where the matter is pending, the requirement of the petitioner to intimate the place of his residence within the territorial jurisdiction of the said police station and to meet the Inspector-in-Charge of the said police station once in a week until further orders.

All other conditions of the order dated September 23, 2021 will remain the same.

IA No.:CRAN 1 of 2022 in C.R.M. 3014 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
