Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the incident occurred within seven years of marriage and considering the fact that the petitioner before us is the husband, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1865 of 2022 is dismissed.
