The present appeal is of the year 2015 and arises out of a Judgement and Order of acquittal dated 15.09.2014 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 13th Court, Calcutta, in complaint case No.15018 of 2011 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act thereby acquitting the respondents under Section 248(1) of the Cr.P.C.

None appears for the the appellant in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing. As the appeal is pending at the stage of admission and no one appears in this appeal against acquittal on behalf of the appellant, the appeal stands dismissed for default. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
