Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as according to the petitioner investigation is not being done properly.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects the steps taken including the voluminous documents collected by the investigating agency. However, the C.C.T.V. footages till date could not be collected as the Headmaster did not cooperate with the Investigating Officer of the case.

Having considered the subject matter of the case and the steps taken by the Investigating Officer, at this stage, I do not find any scope to interfere in respect of the progress of the case. Petitioner would

be at liberty to approach this Court after 6(six) months if he is of the opinion that the Investigating Officer could not create circumstance for taking the case to its logical conclusion within the aforesaid period.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7675 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
