We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the witnesses show petitioner and co-accused surrounded the victim who was stabbed to death. There are prima facie materials connecting the petitioner with the murder.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
