It appears that the municipality had passed an order pursuant to the direction of this Court.

The order was challenged by the person responsible for the construction before the appellate forum. Proceedings are pending. Thus, at this stage, the contempt application does not survive. The order of the municipality has been stayed.

This order shall not prevent the petitioner from taking necessary steps after the conclusion of the proceedings before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia, for implementation of the order of the Chairperson of the Board of Krishnanagar municipality, in case the petitioner is successful in the appeal.

Nothing further remains to be decided in the contempt application.

The contempt proceedings are dropped.

The contempt application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order.
