1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner was posted at Malda initially on 15th February, 2017 after being appointed as an Assistant Teacher. On administrative grounds she was thereafter transferred to Nadia by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. The petitioner has developed a gynecological condition on 25th August, 2021.

3. In the above circumstances, the petitioner's medical condition shall be independently verified by the District Primary School Council, Nadia from the CMOH, Nadia. Based on such opinion, the District Primary School Council, Nadia shall take an appropriate decision on the petitioner's application within a period of eight weeks from date.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
