2. The petitioner is a financial institution.

Several applications under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act are alleged to be made by the bank before the Section 14 authority of the SARFAESI Act.

3. The petitioner has annexed several applications filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and prays for an omnibus order in respect of all the applications.

4. The Court is of the opinion that Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act clearly prescribes the time limit within which the authority would be bound to act.

5. No separate order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition save and except that the authority shall take steps in the matter strictly in terms of Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
