1. This Court has heard the learned counsel for the parties and considered the report filed by the alleged contemnor. It appears that some petitioners have been paid and reasons have been attributed for non-payment to some petitioners.

2. This Court is of the view that the issue as regards entitlement otherwise and non-payment can not be dealt with in this contempt proceeding. The same may be agitated by the writ petitioners in an independent proceeding.

3. In view of the above, contempt application is disposed of.

4. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
